Return Process

  Log into your TPF account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Ensure products are in their original packaging and unused condition; include all promotional gifts or samples received with the order.

  Quality Inspection

  Once our warehouse receives your return, our skincare experts will inspect the items to ensure they meet our hygiene and quality standards.

  Receive Your Refund

  Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days, with the refund credited back to your original payment method or as store credit.
